Intentional Man’s Relationship Test

man standing before two layered mirrors — one shattered and smoky, showing multiple versions of himself performing various societal roles (provider, protector, lover, hero), and the other clean and glowing, showing a calm, bare-souled version of him simply sitting with eyes closed and hand over heart.

In this intentional journey, we deal with three categories of love as they concern us men:

  1. Altruistic love (selfless, protective, sacrificial — like a guardian or parent),
  2. Sexual/romantic love (instinctive, mutual, passionate, and desiring), and
  3. The hybrid, if both exist (which they sometimes do, but must still be consciously understood).

As an intentional man, you don’t confuse charity with chemistry. Just because you feel responsible for a woman, or want to protect her, or feel pity, doesn’t mean it’s romantic or sexual love.

Likewise, don’t pretend that sexual attraction must come with guardian-like self-denial to be legitimate. That sort of confusion creates shame, guilt, and unnatural expectations — especially for men.

So, yes — you can choose how to relate to a woman:
✅ as a lover
✅ as a caretaker
✅ as both, but only if both are real and separate in your awareness.

That’s where your power lies, not in suppressing the feelings, but in understanding what type of love you’re giving, and whether it’s being valued in the same currency.

Above all, remember:

This is not a test of your strength. It is a test of your insight.

This test is built from the core insights of manipulation, ego, sex-drive confusion, protector syndrome, and cultural scripting, to break through your default conditioning as a man. To help men identify if they are being led by their biology, manipulated by external expectations, or living beneath their true power.

HOW TO TAKE THE TEST:

For each statement, reflect deeply.
Choose:

  • ✅ YES – This reflects my real thoughts or actions often.
  • 🟡 MAYBE – Sometimes I think or behave this way.
  • ❌ NO – This does not describe me at all.

Each statement is written in a confessional tone, bypassing the ego and speaking directly to your inner witness.

  2. ✅ I feel emotionally unsafe around women who constantly shift moods or weaponise affection.
