A Relationship Self-Test for Truth-Seeking Women Who Want to Know If They Truly Love or Strategically Depend on the Other
This is a transformational self-awareness tool that achieves several powerful outcomes for us women, ladies, and girls. Especially those of us navigating relationships in a world still shaped by deep-rooted gender dynamics and power structures.
This is not a test to judge or condemn you. I would take this test because I love myself, and I need to see myself. You deserve all the sincerity you put into this exercise. Things happen, and people change. You may have been one way before now, but it doesn’t matter. Focus on your present reality. Maybe you should use your current relationship life and experience to provide yourself with the best answers? The best answers are the truthful ones, and they help:
1. Achieve Radical Self-Awareness and become your therapist — look honestly in the mirror of your relationship motives, without shame or external judgment.
- Am I in love, or am I leaning on this man for survival?
- Am I building with him, or hiding behind him?
2. Unmask Subconscious Dependence — because women are taught—directly or indirectly—to seek protection, not purpose. Leading to strategic helplessness, emotional manipulation, or sexual bargaining under the guise of having a love life.
- Are we associating love with provision?
- Are we pampering with power, and manipulating with femininity?
- Do you truly want to grow, or remain safely dependent?
In this test, I am giving every woman instant, unsolicited and unconditional permission to name these truths without guilt, and choose differently—if she wants to. Let a new dialogue emerge:

We inherit whatever was given to us, but what we pass on, we must consciously choose.
