Last time, I said we cannot escape our default setting as divine agents.
So how do we survive life on Earth?
We learn to ground ourselves.
This is why I always pick myself up again after some holiday season of worldly coolness and fun to resume my missionary life of long suffering.
This is also why you could read about Jesus Christ attending a wedding feast where people were drinking wine.
He did not go there to preach to them.
He went there to tap into His own human aspect a little.
This is what I call grounding.
Without grounding, your life as a divine agent gradually becomes too incompatible with ordinary human existence.
Dear Divine Agent,
Your consciousness is fire.
You cannot burn all the time and expect your human body not to blow up.
Even the sun, though always shining, hides its light from half the world each day.
The human body cannot permanently contain the intensity of your divine avatar.
Cool down a little.
That is why divine agents sometimes choose ordinary human experiences.
Cooling down looks different for different people.
It may be:
- Getting married.
- Taking a secular job.
- Making friends with drunken masters.
- Hanging out with pleasure mistresses.
- Joining the entertainment industry.
- Or something entirely different.
These are not necessarily distractions.
Sometimes they are pressure valves.
I do not expect every religious mind to understand this.
Neither do I judge those who think their humanity is merely an inconvenience to their spirituality.
The true masters know they constantly juggle between being human and being their original self as a divine agent walking the Earth in a human body.
That balancing act is part of the assignment.
